Tong Io Cheng: the Macau legal scholar who helped draft the Land Law

Tong Io Cheng

A Macau legal scholar and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Macau. Educated in Macau, he specialises in civil law and the Macau legal system, helped draft Macau's Land Law, and serves as a member of the Macau Basic Law Committee of the National People's Congress — one of Macau's home-grown legal authorities.
